Great place....my card wasn't working and my waitress was so sweet i cam back 2 days later a paid and they tried telling me to keep my money but I just gave it all to the waiter since she was so cool...food was great to but the service is always five stars.

Our waitress Marsella made our experience less than desirable, maybe because it was the end of her night but she really didn't want to be there. Rarely checked on us had to flag her down for help..... at least the wings were good

Their chicken wings are the bomb, delicious and yummy! Purchased their buy one get one free deal. 4 different sauces.....asian zing, adobo, mild, sweet bbq. Not too long of a wait. Waited 5 minutes to pick up my order since I ordered it online. Good they are wearing mask and gloves. Customers are practicing social distancing. For sure, will visit this location. A+

Traditional wings were awesome! My 5 years old was sad the pretzel changed. She used to love it.

Had a very pleasant visit. Our server Ray was amazing! Our food came out quickly and it was delicious! We ordered mango habanero and Thai curry wings and a couple beers. The wings were large and had plenty of sauce on them. Can't wait to go back!

Wings!!! Yes, I get excited with wings and beer. But this place in particular is really cool. The servers are very nice and polite. The wings are real good here, just fried and tossed in the sauce. Every time I've been to this one, I have a good experience. Their happy hour is good as well. It has like a small town feeling, they check on you often. Good customer service. Very clean. If you're in the area, stop by. Wings and beer, you cant beat that!

Love most of all cause they have great food and beer and many of the employees are nice for the most part some are just ride and like to stare and give looks. Now that amazing bar area and bar staff are always amazing and nice and friendly! I love always bww locations but my favorite is in Murrieta

Order online the special 20 wings and 20 boneless for the family with delivery, I would not suggest doing this to anyone. Deal seems great but didnt get my complete order and when I called to get it worked out becuase what was missing was the wifes food since she doesnt like spicy they said I can come get it or they will make a note for next time. No real care that I was out what I paid for or willingness to make sure the customer is taken care of. Will not be doing this again.

The beer was cold. The wings were hot. A great deal on Tuesday for lunch was a buy one get one free for their traditional wings of either 5 or 10. The place was crowded and they had only a few servers. The two servers in the bar did a great job of trying to keep up with the customers it's too bad they couldn't get more people in to work.

Our waiter kinda took too long to help us but she was kind. The food was great.

Dulce and Anthony are the BEST. I’ve been to many BWW around the US of A and by far, this one here in Murrieta is the premier spot. They don’t use tricks or gimmicks, nothing but real. This is my number one spot period. YES, I’ll have another.

I'm from out of town, Minnesota, and came here for a Monday lunch... I sat at the bar and even though I was drinking Arnold Palmers, the bartender was quick to greet me, explain the menu for lunch options and gave me the time to order! I had the small order of traditional wings with jerk and desert heat. Wings were hot and crispy with generous amount of sauce/rub. I was told the blazing sauce uses a ghost pepper which I'd never tried so he went to the trouble of bringing a wing out with blazing on it... Awesome flavor and truly spicy ... I left him a nice trip for not only that but for making my out of state visit comfortable and friendly!

They were out of several choices of beer. Discontinued buffalo chips. Service was adequate.

The boneless wings here are delicious! Plus, they play ALL of the football games on Sunday. It is a little in pricier side, especially if you plan to stay for the entire game, but worth the visit

During a time when families would like to still eat out and take a break from cooking 3 meals a day every single day, BWW Murrieta service is disastrous. Online ordering does not work through their website. Then you try the delivery serivices in the area and they do not offer the family deals so you call the store to place an order over the phone and you are met with a complete rude staff. You are unable to make an order over the phone which is absolutely absurd during these times. And on top of that the person on the other line is completely rude about the whole situation.

I ordered chicken tenders and the breading was very thick and dry, and the dipping sauce was too salty! Our server was kind but the hostess seemed not to be enjoying her job. I never saw her smile even once during the hour we spent there, I think she should've smile to customers for courtesy at least because of her job description. Also, there were flies surrounding our food all the time. I'm not sure about returning to this place. I've had way better experience at Epic Wings in all aspects including prices and cleanliness.

I recently visited this location. My lunch meal cost me $14 and when I picked it up in the timeframe they told me my fries were cold like potato chips. The store manager Steven told me that he will replace my meal free. I return to this location today for the replacement meal, And when I arrive to my job I noticed a piece of hair in my fries. If I could give you establishment zero stars I would I have never visited a buffalo wild wings that I have had a bad experience with. But I have had two bad experiences in less than five days from one another. That was 15 Dollars down the drain and 30 minute meal break wasted. I have pictures and I am trying to figure out how to post them now.

With this pandemic it's become difficult to enjoy the little things, BWW is an exception. Yes, we ordered online to check in at the front desk and then was told to wait outside for 45 mins.... BUT they're OPEN. They're working hard to feed hundreds, moving fast and being as efficient as ever. I've never had a complaint here and I don't have one now. Thank you guys for working so hard and helping keep the insanity around us a little more sane.

I had a pick-up order.. but after waiting 40 minutes, I went to pick up and the cashier walked into the kitchen and didnt even bother to ask me if I needed anything. Not only that, but she walked into the kitchen and she didnt ask which order I was, she just said that it was still not ready yet. I understand, it may have been busy. But her service could have been better and she didnt stay around much to give me my rewards receipt or even my double rewards.Once I got home, the food was cold, with little to no sauce, I asked for carrots and opened up to a bag of celery. I doubt I will be back again soon.

Buffalo Wild Wings is handling the pickup / deliver thing really well. Lunch for 5 in the office today. I'm a big Asian Zing and Buffalo Rub fan. We also had Parmesan Garlic, Sweet Barbecue, and Spicy Garlic. All were excellent.The pickup process was quick and easy with proper safeguards that didn't take away from the process.

Happy hour was not good. Food below par. Disappointed.

Food was absolutely gnarly. I will not give this location another try. Kinda bummed cuz I like BWW's. I will say that the service was OK though.Some wings were super dry, some needed some more time in the fryer. They forgot to give us five of the wings we ordered, however gave them to us after we requested them. The Fry's were like cardboard. It was like food you would get from 7-11.Just my families experience. Hope this helps. Thanks

Great place, good service and yummy wings! My all time fav flavor is Blue Moon BBQ but it's seasonal. The place can get jam packed but it's worth it!

I frequently come here and service is always great. Staff is super friendly ( Marissa, Kimberly) and never make me feel like a burden. Food of course tastes how you expect at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Definitely recommend this location over others. I have visited other locations and they don’t compare.

Being nice with 3 stars becuase they're new. Place is bigger than I expected with plenty of TV's. The background music was way too loud and sounded like an 80's hard rock band in concert making it difficult to have a conversation. The food seems over priced from what I saw as proportions. Being the Thursday special we ordered boneless wings, BOGO free. Server was slow to take order and disappeared for long periods of time. When are food arrived it was just barely warm. The sauce was cold and overpowering. The server that brought it, not our original one, mentioned that one of orders was small and she would have the kitchen make us some more.

The food was good, but the chicken wings were not as tender as they should of been, we had them with the bones. People there are nice and warm. The people there, were having fun and happy.

The food was good, but the service was basically nonexistent. Food took forever to arrive, only checked once for refills (when everyone was almost done eating), took forever to drop the check off, and even longer to pick it up. The server was polite, but we only saw them 3 times throughout our visit: once to take out orders, once to give us our food, and then to give us the check.

So my husband and I have come in before and received less than on par service before. We decided to give them another chance because we are fair people. Things weren’t going so good again but we decided to have a talk with the manager Dulce. She rectified the situation and we couldn’t be happier. If it wasn’t for her we’d have given up on this location all together. Not only that but we would have told all our military friends to avoid the place all together. I think a manager like her is fully capable of turning this place around.

Always a welcoming atmosphere, I sit in the bar area because of Jessie. It seems like he’s always here and he is the best. Makes sure you’ve always have what you need and is very pleasant and friendly. The food is good as expected from Wild Wings and the whole staff is friendly. Although it’s a “bar” it is family friendly as I see children in the dining area often.

Little slow getting the food out. However the food was good. Clean. Has a nice bar and big screen TVs inside.

At the moment you enter that place they give you a good feeling. Very comfortable hosts, it is a nice restaurant to enjoy with your friends or with your date. Excellent meals, skillful chief cook and stuff, comfortable cost and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Waits are about 30+++ minutes longer than listed from ordering online. Show up 30 minutes late during the covid take out or wait........

The place was OK, I appreciated the fact that they accommodated a party of 8 quickly without reservations, however that meant seating outside which was fine with us, but it seems employees tend to forget about them. It took quite a while for us to get attention. No one checked on us after we got our meals and they took so long to come get our checks that we stood up to pay at the register in the front just to be told we had to do it at our table.The host was friendly with great customer service skills, the food was OK compared to other Buffalo wild wings in other states. Over all we were happy we got a chance to celebrate a friend's birthday, but I'm not sure it would be the place to go back to.

By far the slowest BWW I ever been to (02/21/20) took about an hour to get our food and had 3 different server's so I didnt know who to ask for a refill or where the food was at. By the time I received my food the Family Just wanted to leave since it took more than an hour to receive it definitely not worth the 67.00 dollars spent here go to Hemet or Menifee locations their way faster and better customer service.

1 hour 15 minutes for food. Food is barely warm. Orders incomplete. Won't go back.
